The webinars are part of the GEF-UNDP-IMO GloFouling Partnerships Project which is working to better understand and tackle the multi-sectoral challenge of biofouling and its impacts on marine biodiversity and the Sustainable Blue Economy.
The first webinar of the series, “Impacts of Biofouling in Marine Aquaculture”, will take place 30 January at 9:00 am (GMT). The webinar will highlight the key impacts, and the different antifouling methods in use for the prevention and control of biofouling on finfish, seaweed and shellfish aquaculture.
